Customers wishing to return items may do so at our discretion provided the following conditions are met:-
Goods are unused in original packaging.
Packaging is undamaged.
Goods are returned at the customers expense. Goods must be in salable condition.
Items returned within 2 weeks of order can be returned for a full credit less £10.00 handling charge
Items returned more than 2 weeks after delivery will not normally be accepted back but if we agree to do so a 20% re-stocking charge +£10.00 handling charge will be made.
Special Order Items
Special order items are item we do not normally stock, they are items which we may have had to buy in for the customer from a supplier to meet the customers order. We do not normally accept back non-stock items from customers but may do so at our discretion. If we agree to accept a return of a special order item they must conform to the following conditions:-
Goods are unused in original packaging Packaging is undamaged Goods are returned at the customers expense Goods must be in saleable condition Items returned will be subject to a handling charge by negotiation with the customer. The size of the charge will depend upon a number of factors such as the returns policy of the manufacturer. We always endeavour to keep any returns charges to a minimum.
In addition to the policy above retail customers who have purchased on line may return goods for a full refund if returned within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a full refund they must be returned unused in their original packaging. If the packaging in damaged it may reduce their resale value and will not be eligible for a full credit.
We will always endeavour to help a customer mitigate their losses in the event they need to return items.
