Customers within the EU can order directly via the website and goods will be shipped by our standard courier and the carriage will be calculated. If your order is particularly large we may have to send it using a freight forwarder. If this is the case we will contact you to discuss shipping arrangements.
Customers registered for VAT in an EU country can receive goods to their country of registration without incurring any VAT charges. We need to be supplied with your VAT registration number when your account is set up. No VAT will be applied to your orders once the VAT number has been validated.
The checkout will calculate shipping rates according to the UPS charges and will provide a tracking link to follow the progress of your order. However our standard courier is not always the cheapest way to send items and if you would like us to investigate alternative shipping methods please ask us to provide a quotation.
