Incandescent R80 (80mm diameter) Reflectors are widely used throughout homes and commercial premisis. They are available in 40 Watt, 60 Watt, 75 Watt and 100 Watt screw ES E27 cap and bayonet BC B22d cap. Philips refer to these as Spotline and as they have a slightly squarer shape. You can upgrade these to halogen by directly replacing them with a Halogen PAR Spotlight or Halogen reflector.
