Osram 250 Watt Powerstar HQI E Elliptical Quartz Metal Halide Lamps are available in coated. They offer excellent colour rendering CRI Ra. Some of these can be used in open fittings and some are restricted to closed fittings use only. Please take care when selecting for open fittings to ensure the lamp is designed for this. Many metal halide lamps are interchangeable but not all.
