Iwasaki EYE Multi Super Ace and Multi Metal MF 400W Elliptical Quartz Metal Halide Lamps are available in coated and both protected and inprotected versions. They offer excellent colour rendering CRI Ra and are available in an E40 GES Giant Screw cap. Protected versions an be used in open fittings whereas unprotected versions are restricted to closed fittings use only. These lamps offer a direct retrofit for an MBFU lamp. Many metal halide lamps are interchangeable but not all.
