Monitoring our competitive pricing position is vital to us and we value your feedback. Prices and Delivery Charges For UK Customers
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
All orders over £40.00 + VAT (£80.00 on fluorescent) are delivered FOC. Delivery charges are as follows:
Option 1 Royal Mail Insured
Charged at 15% of order value, min. Charge £2.95 + VAT, max. charge £4.25 + VAT.
Option 2 UPS
A flat charge of £5.50 + VAT is applied to the order.
Fluorescent UPS
A flat charge of £7.50 + VAT is applied to the order.
Orders Under £9 Small order charge
A flat charge of £10.00 + VAT is applied to the order. Prices and Delivery Charges For EU Customers
All prices shown are in € EURO and £ GBP exclusive of VAT and UK VAT of 17.5% will be applied. We can zero the VAT when shipping to EU Countries outside the UK on reciept of a valid Member State VAT number. Please contact us with this at time of order.

We regularly ship to destinations outside europe. Please send us an email specifying what you products you require and quantity so that we can work out a shipping cost for you. Product Returns
Returns will be accepted and the products refunded in full if we receive them in original manufacturers packing, undamaged in sellable condition within 2 weeks of receipt. Any carriage or post cost charged will not be refunded and the cost to return the goods is the customers responsibility. Please call or E Mail us to arrange your return.
Lamp Disposal Many lamps are now covered by the WEEE directive and require recycling at end of life.
